I Am a Huge Fan of the Calibre 1887

I am a huge fan of the Calibre 1887 movement.

  • operates smoothly -- great feel to the winding, setting and pushers
  • keeps amazing time -- typically, within a second or two per day, for all three of my watches
  • good size movement, that works well in watches that fit my wrist well
  • reasonable price
  • I have grown to like the 6-9-12 layout of the dial, and there's bullhead, when I am in the mood for something completely different
.People have different preferences, but the Calibre 1887 is a great movement for me!!
