I tried for a long time to settle this amicably, but have finally given up.
Alan Fink (now Alison fink in many communications) is out of the watch business and claimed to lose $11,000 of watches in her last shipment - "unfortunately" mine was in there. No proof of this was provided, no effort to pay me back and I am constantly run in circles.
I will leave it at that. If anyone has doubts I will sadly be able to provide many many emails.
Stay sharp - this was a seller with a genuine watch business.
