Firstly is it ok to ask opinions on watches for sale?

I know that there are some problems

1) the first is the plexi that is cracked at the edge between 10-12h and near the center point
2) second aspect to fix is the reset pusher.It comes off, in best case it can be srewed back but in worst case the thread is gone and it needs to be replaced(normal wear for a chrono,it was not abused,dropped or similar,nonOEM pusher is ~$25,plexi ~$10).
3) Incorrect crown

The first 2 problem seems quickly easy to correct. The 3 problem is more difficult? I'm guessing the correct crowns are hard to come buy.

I like the love of this gold plate watch but generally people aren't fans of the gold heuers?
