IWJG show in Las Vegas

Gentlemen,

By way of introduction, I'm a collector and more recently a dealer focusing on rare/vintage pieces. OTD has been responsible for my growing passion for vintage Heuer chronos and divers. The collection to date includes a lovely 2447, an IDF, Skipper, an AF in need of repair and a few others.

Having just returned from the Vegas IWJG show, I wanted to share the interest in, and the scarcity of, quality vintage Heuers at the show. We had around 70 watches on display and by far the most interest was in the Heuers. There were a couple of Japanese dealers who had two 1133B and Silverstone fumes with outrageous asking prices. I was surprised by the level of interest and the knowledge base. Unfortunately I did not add to the collection. On to the New York show to see if we can find a treasure or two.
