Re: Another Episode of Pass the Trash -- Damaged Seafarer

Man of the World is an aspiring "lifestyle" brand and magazine. The owner also has a retail clothing store called HW Carter and Sons in Brooklyn, which I lived next door to.

I have seen in person most of the watches they have offered on their site, and some of the Heuers aren't perfectly correct as we as collectors would like. But they do occasionally have something unique and rare that the average shopper has never seen and would be happy to own.

I think you would be surprised at the strong bid for vintage watches at retail prices, they're littered all over NYC at "lifestyle" themed shops. I have a few friends who work in marketing for these places and they're usually thrilled when I can find them a great Heuer right here on chronotrader.
