Vintage Racing/Watch Content...

I was just out at the Long Beach Grand Prix which is a race with special meaning to legendary race car driver Dan Gurney. I didn't get to see Dan this year but I always think about him a lot when I am there because the media center I work in while at the race is named after him. Anyway, when I got back to Indy today the wonderful Mary Ellen who runs the photo archives at The Indianapolis Motor Speedway found this photo for me. It shows Dan at the Speedway in the early '70s. He is wearing a chronograph wrist watch which looks suspiciously like a Heuer Carrera and holding a stopwatch which is for sure a Heuer.

What do you all think?
