As always there are simply some people who will pay very big money for those hard to find watches and paying a high price is perhaps not that crazy if you really, really want the watch, can easily afford it at a premium price and have no qualms about a potentially lower resale value. A couple of year's ago I had an opportunity to buy a lovely Enicar Sherpa Graph for $1200AUD but passed, might possibly have missed something there......
