Really love the 1153 Carreras.
Can't quite make the challenge Paul but I do have a very similar 1153N with 149xxx serial purchased recently from the original owner. It has the same style dial and handset as your's, but with reversed colours obviously, however the Tachymetre ring is the later version with Tachy at 1. The previous owner told me he had the crystal replaced in 1980 and I suspect the tachy ring might have been replaced along with it, part of me would love to find an earlier style ring for the watch but suspect it will stay as it is. It also has the original GF bracelet purchased with the watch and dated 3/69 but this has a flip lock clasp. Unfortunately can't show a photo right now as it is currently having a major refurbishment, it had been sitting in a drawer since the early 80s and was never serviced after purchase, until now....
