That is what I suspected as well, but wanted to be sure they were never used for a short time. I do think these hands also look less refined or finished, particularly on their edges, which appear rough. I have seen a set of these hands used on two different watches in the last 6 months, and coincidentally, they were both early 3647N's that went for strong prices.
