Recommendation - Quick Repair of GMT 11630

Afternoon - I have a GMT 11630
(+ GMT hand) and need to get the new hand put on it. Also could use a new crystal (if available but not 100% necessary). Can anyone recommend someone who is reputable/affordable that you don't have to book 12 months in advance? Preferably UK based. Cheers. JP
