Strange Heuer Automatic box

Hello folks,

yesterday I was presented a Heuer Box that looks all okay from a distance. But when you have a closer look it doesn't seem to be right. Could you please help and share your thoughts?

These are the things that I don't know from the boxes I have seen so far:
- the red is brighter with a pink hue,
- the outer material feels velvety and dull,
- the inner Heuer shild is printed in red,
- the clasp is of a different shape.

Thank you for your help,
