Nice one!
On Tusday I'm going to see my master watch maker and as I have this same Carrera Dato at 9' so I'll ask him in case he might have this screw in good condition. One never knows :)
He fixed one of this for me, a former watch maker had made some bad fixing prior to my purchase so he knows this movement well!
