Hans has officially retired, but continues to do much of the work for LVMH / TAG-Heuer on the older Heuers. Send it to the LVMH / TAG-Heuer facility in Springfield, NJ, and Hans will often end up doing the work. He does not accept work from members of the public, other than through LVMH / TAG-Heuer.
