I'd keep it in a warm dry place, covered up.. maybe in a tupperwear dish, and tape it down by the strap - to avoid any damage to the dial/hands.

Aftermarket crystals are probably available, but I'm guessing that the crystal has a specific profile. If I were you, I'd speak to an authorised TAG Heuer dealership, and get them to repair it, and service it fully.
