Re: Heuer Autavia 3646 with red hand

Hi, and compliments for your nice Autavia!

The hand seems to have been replaced, the shape is very different from the typical Autavia central hand. (The so called diamond shape)

I have no notice of these watches originally born with the red hand anyway.

: Hello there,

: I've got a 3646 with some fairly obvious issues with cracking to
: the enameling on the bezel. I've only seen pieces with the white
: central second hand, but recently came across a piece stating
: that there are a few examples with original red hands. Mine
: happens to have a red second hand. I was wondering if there was
: any way to see if this was aftermarket or original to the piece.
: Any help or general opinions would be immensely appreciated.
: Thanks in advance!
