Replacement movement 980.004 / 980.003

Hi all

Does anyone know what movement could replace a esa 536.121 in a 980.004 / 980.003 diver?

Some later models had the ETA 955.114. That might fit the case- but then hands will not fit :/

Can anyone recommend a watchmaker who can service them?
