Lug width for Banda strap for monaco

I am looking to purchase this strap to fit on to my vintage monaco.

Can anyone tell me the correct Lug width for my watch? The options are 20mm and 18mm. Also, does anyone know whether I can buy a plain heuer buckle to fit on to this strap?
