I had a confirmation email from him last week that my UPS package had arrived, so he is definitely around. I remember at the start I had problems with non-deliverable emails to one of his addresses, so we tried his icloud.com address and that works fine for me. I think the problem was with my side, but perhaps you have the same problem ? Maybe try calling, or using the form on his website. Truth is though, he's probably just overloaded right now...
