Lots (and I mean lots) of muck on the outside, but inside is very clean and a simple service should get it running as of old. Dial looks perfect to me and case indicate light use and no "maintenance".
The only things I see it needs is a plexi and possibly a look at the hands. It went much higher than I expected and was willing to bid. I think the times these went under the radar are over.
