Your watch has a single arrow behind the lug:

I remember having seen, on 1163 GMT in the 225k range,
watches with single arrow and cal.11 movement, and watches double marked with the 14 inside.

So it looks that the base Buren automatic module has been replaced some time ago,
making your watch beat faster (21600) than what you expect in a cal 11 (19800)
