Regarding the clasp; as I said, I can't find anything mechanically wrong with it and it functions very nicely. I guess I am always going to compare clasps with the modern/new Rolex Submariner clasp. I am into watches because of some mechanical aesthetic my father taught me. The Autavia clasp is just fine. Compared to the original GF BOR clasp it is a modern marvel. Compared to the Rolex clasp it is...well...not as mechanically/aesthetically pleasing. It's a small thing....I had to have something not to like.
