Is a Skipper 7754 always a 7753?

Hi all

From what I can see a Skipper 7754 is always in a 7753 Carrera case, can anyone tell me if this is generally agreed? Also would a serial number in the 105*** be to early? The reason I ask is I am looking at the one coming up at auction in the U.K.

Cheers everyone
