Re: Can I repaint dial in Camaro?
In Response To: Can I repaint dial in Camaro? ()

hello el padre,

you are asking how many tropical (brown) camarosĀ“s we have seen.

well most of the ones that used to have black dials in former times are brown today,
so a brown fadet "blackdial" is just typical for a camaro, unlike carrera and autavia dials from the same timeperiod.
camaro dials that have stayed deepblack over the years are definitely the more rare ones.
sounds strange compared to all other vintage watches from that time but is just what it is ;)

very best,
andee
