They are flat so you will notice the standard mineral glass looks raise by a mm or so and you may need a TINY drop of adhesive to secure it in the bezel whereas the OE ones clip in with a satisfying click.
I recall that Stewart Morley (Europa / Heuerville) actually roached out the raised lume plip and reapplied aged lume on one or two....
