Photos of the Dial

It's difficult to be certain from the photos that are posted . . . seems to be some black seal-rot along the bottom edge.

With so much of the value depending on the condition of the dial (and this seal), my advice would be to take it to a good watchmaker, who knows how to open the case, and then snap some photos of the dial.
