heritage autavia vs. vintage 11063V sizing & proportions

so i finally had the chance to check 'em out side by side. while the dimensions are generally similar, the heritage autavia seems to have a somewhat more blocky "tuna-can" like profile. not massively different, but different nonetheless.

i think it's down to the bezel proportions.

on the heritage, the bezel goes right up to the intra-lug space like the "cliffs of dover" making the watch's profile more imposing.

on the 11063v, the bezel stops, then there's some case, then there's the lugs...in a "stairstep" fashion.

i'd mused about trading in my 11063v for a heritage, but after this...i'm standing pat.
