Is this acceptable behavior? [Part 3- Rindt Crystal]

You may have seen my story here:
http://chronocentric.com/forums/heuer/index.cgi?page=2;md=read;id=89095

Part 3 is from this same sale...here is the original listing:
http://www.chronocentric.com/forums/chronotrader/index.cgi?md=read;id=74356

and photo of the crystal from the seller:
https://image.ibb.co/c7bTN6/dsc_0610.jpg

His description:
"FS: Vintage Heuer Autavia 2446 3rd Executions parts"
"Vintage original Heuer Autavia 2446 3rd Execution glass"

This is what I received:

As I shared in my original post, my watchmaker emailed to inform me the part was wrong for my Rindt as it is the incorrect size. After emailing the seller I received the following response:
"Very strange to heard this now that the crystal is not correct , the parts that I send it for you was mounted on a Autavia Rindt !!!!!!!"

Very strange indeed Amer...not quite sure how that is possible. The crystal is clearly the wrong size.

so now we are on strike 3...should we try for more?

What are your thoughts?
