Heuer Sun Buckle Real or Fake??

Hey there,

Recently saw a sun buckle and was wondering if anyone knew if it was real or fake? Usually we see the sun over the "swiss" but this one has it over "Acierinox". Also, there's a weld mark on the center. Anyone have a definitive answer on this?
