Re: Asking $10,000 for a $4,000 Autavia

Hello Jeff,

Many thanks. It is an education to get this perspective and is really helping a newcomer like me to the world of watches. If I may ask you and other forum members for guidance, what is a good price range for a 60s pre-Carrera; what should be a an approximate budget? I would be grateful for your guidance.

Best wishes
Rohit

: So he has been on eBay for three years, and has feedback of over
: 3,300 . . . 100% positive over the last 12 months.

: And he lists a $4,000 Autavia for $10,300 . . . perhaps this is the
: meaning of "Top Rated Plus"? Top price, plus 100%
: premium?

: eBay is a pitiful place . . . can you think of any website or
: service provider that has changed / adapted less, over the last
: 20 years? Frozen in time.

: Jeff
