I was already familiar with Ronnie Peterson, being an avid F1 fan (and collector of one of the sources you mention, the old Autocourse annuals and magazines) but it was still good to read your take. In fact, it was Autocourse that got me into Heuer in the first place - at some point I need to sit down with the lot and look for Heuer wearers.
