Agreed -- 203xxx Can be Toward the Start of Siffert Mark 6

Yes, as usual, I agree with Paolo . . . that we have seen a few Mark 6 from the 203xxx or 204xxx range.

Higher serial numbers are more common on the Mark 6 Sifferts, but not necessarily a problem to see 203xxx.
