Yes I believe I see the issue with your bezel not being centered to the dial.
As you said it is a little turned.
But the main thing is your movement & dial look to be slightly not centered in the case.
The dial and movement looks a little shifted to the left.
Look at the space between the left side of the dial’s min chapter ring distance to the Tackhy bezel.
Then look at the same distance on the right side.
Maybe the movement case clamps need adjusting.
Mine is below for a comparison.
