I agree with Shaun, you should buy the watch because you like it, the investment watches are others !
The calculator hasn"t any connection with Formula one but is a very nice chronograph, and yours seems in great conditions.
It can be considered the very first smart watch.

About the manual, I think also Abel Court has one on his website:
