For a true collector all these recreations are a nonsense and pure business only. Could you imagine Porsche releasing a 911 model with the sizes and the look of the 1963 version but with a bi-turbo engine ? For the watches it should be the same. Inspiration is all right but reproducing the original look with a today calibre, what is the point ? Especially when the new model is priced almost higher that the vintage one !
