Low estimate for the white-dialled gold Carrera?
In Response To: Heuers at Antiquorum May 12th ()

There are some beautiful pieces, incl. as many as two 1158s. Surprisingly to me, the one with white dial (lot 450) seems to be relatively low-key as for its current estimate. What do people here think?
It's not a case of a generally conservative estimate approach IMHO because other, less rare pieces show higher values.

What a stunner is the V7736 military Autavia (lot 448), one of the best I've seen and with original hands - so many of them don service ones. A pity though that the description mentions it having a date feature - sloppy writing to say the least.
Cheers,
Fabrizio
