Same Dial from Same Seller (on eBay August 2018)

We saw this same dial offered by this same seller in August 2018, with all the bids being cancelled and retracted. So there was some nonsense in that attempted sale.

I believe that this dial is not genuine; I will try to have a closer look, but several elements leave me with some real doubts.



: What are peoples' thoughts on this 3147N dial? Seems like it is
