Chronographs versus Dashboard Timers

So many of today's brands make so many claims about the chronographs -- went to the moon; worn by pilots; worn by racers; worn by explorers; worn by divers; worn by nerds / scientists / engineers . . . blah . . . blah . . . blah. Of course, the Heuer guys jump into this battle, and we do the best we can. We win some and we lose some.

Heuer's primacy in racing and rallying cannot be contested . . . and it all started with these dashboard timers . . . then the stopwatches . . . then the chronographs, worn by racers in the 1960s and 1970s.
