For sale is a near mint condition 44mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Breitling Chronomat Evolution. The B1335611/C646 is case stamped circa 2007 and comes with a Breitling box but no papers. The inner travel pad and cushion are somewhat worn, which is normal for some inner boxes of this era. The polished steel case is affixed with a brushed unidirectional rotating bezel with polished sides, with yellow gold riders, pushers and crown. The case is mounted on a polished steel and yellow gold Pilot bracelet. The blue dial has yellow gold hands and hour markers, gold colored sub-dials, date at 3, continuous seconds at 9, and chronograph sub-dials at 6 and 12. The case, bezel, and bracelet are all in fantastic condition with the only blemish being a couple super light scuffs in the left side of the polished case near 9 o’clock. The bracelet has three removable links and should fit up to a 7.75 inch wrist. The B13356 runs on a caliber 13 movement with 42 hours of power reserve.
