FS: Wittnauer 7004A Professional Chronograph Red Bezel - Full

For Sale is a Wittnauer Professional Chronograph, model 7004A. The watch is powered by a Landeron 248 / Wittnauer 14Y movement with a 41 hour power reserve and two subdials. Item is very good unpolished used condition, TZ Rated conservatively at 88%, with some spots of case (outside of 7 O'Clock lug) and bezel (near 50) wear and a clear acrylic crystal. Currently timing at about +4/s a day. Hands are all original with full tritium lume present. A superb condition black dial with a dark red countdown marker on the minutes subdial and all original and even Tritium hour indices lume. All text is clear, sharp and present. Bezel is in good shape, with sharp edges, aged to a burgundy color and surface marks but no deep scratches. Tritium lume fill is still present, which is a rarity for these first generation bezels. Chronograph functions are intact, with solid pusher operation and resetting. Original unsigned crown and pushers. Comes with a soft suede and leather distressed strap made by John Paul Menicucci for Bulang and Sons, which tapers from 20mm to 16mm. This watch just came back from a full service and is warrantied for 1 year.
