given the huge value placed on original straps and bracelets I've gone for the make your own approach. a £7 leather hole punch, a suitable unpadded leather strap, a ruler, a bit of time and effort and 'hey presto' one 70s style Heuer strap. O.K. it doesn't look absolutely original but it didn't just cost you vast amounts of money.

Look at the 'guide to chronos' section on Jeff's web site, there you will find a Jarama with a Hirsh strap modified in just this way.
