70's Carrera

I've just acquired a mint Heuer Carrera and wondered if anybody can help with identifying the movement and age of the watch.
It's an automatic with date at 3 o'clock. It has 3 sub dials. One at 12 0'clock which is a 24 hour time. One at 9 o'clock which is seconds and one at 6o'clock which is the hour elapse. The second counter and minute elapse are large orange hands which read off on the main outer indices.
It's a great looking watch and I would just like to know a little more about it.Hopefully someone can help.
