I agree with Chuck, that you probably need a better description or better photographs. The ebay photo shows some fairly heavy marks, either on the crystal (no big deal) or on the dial (a very big deal) . . . you need to determine where the problem lies.

also, there are no minute / second or 1/5 second marks visible on the photo . . . the inner bezel appears to be missing?? perhaps this is just a poor-quality photograph, but you would probably want to find out more before bidding this kind of money.

. . . and then there is the question of the movement. if the dial has lived this rough life, the movement has probably not fared much better.
