Bezel Itself Had Not Been Retouched / Is it Photoshop?

Yes, the main image from the auction catalog [the first photo, shown below] seems to show some over-spray onto the "10", but the additional photo from September 2011 [the second photo, shown below] shows clearly that the bezel itself had not been touched up. Makes me wonder whether the main image used in the auction catalog had been "Photoshopped" to clean up the bezel, around 10 o'clock and around 6 o'clock?

So did the over-spray occur during a Photoshop session?
