Re: can someone post a pic, please ? *PIC*

Hi,

Here is a pic from the artoftime.com site.

There are various versions of the Jacky Ickx Easy Rider.
-Some have "LEONIDAS" and the Jacky Ickx signature on the dial, while some have "Jacky Ickx" and the signature.
-Some have date and some haven't.
-The two most common dial color combinations are the "black on white"(pictured) and the "white on black".
-The case can be from plastic (most common is the red case) or nickel.

Ohh, and as if these aren't enough variations... there is also a different Easyrider Jacky Ickx watch, made by Sorna, that is more common and not as nice as the Heuer-Leonidas Easyrider.

The watch in the pic is one of the best versions IMHO, with date and the Jacky Ickx name on the dial in nickel case. The diameter from left to right is over 40mm and since it has a handwound movement it feels very thin in relation to its size. Anyway this picture doesn't do the watch justice (much more colorful in reality). The Easyrider is a VERY fun watch and a totally 70's design. Much much better than the picture...
