Re: Linq's Link...
In Response To: Fond this, Dan... ()

Thanks, Link! That helps, but unfortunately, that ain't what I saw. Perhaps COSC has updated its appearance for the age of bright colors and laser printing? Well, if it isn't a COSC certificate, they it is certainly quite a riddle... Speaking of a riddle...

Dan's Riddle:

What type of documentation, packaged with a new Omega Seamaster GMT, would be a tan tri-fold card with the words "Chronometer Warrantee" (or guarantee?) on it, with the watch's serial number printed on the back, and diagrams of the 9 watches in the different positions used in COSC testing, with what appeared to be comma-separated numbers beneath each of the 9 diagrams (possibly specifying seconds of deviation), and explaining the concept of COSC testing? This seems to compellingly suggest a COSC certificate to me, despite never having seen one. Has anyone seen a modern COSC cert??? Anyone???
