Your apology is warmly accepted! What was at issue was your apparent expectation that you are owed either an answer or a apology within a period of time. That is out of place here.
Keep in mind that this is NOT the Omega tech support department where people are paid to serve every customer. It is a public forum where hundreds of people from around the world participate entirely on a casual, voluntary and totally uncoordinated basis.
We are all watch owners and enthusiasts here trying to help each other as we can. So all answers are on a hit and miss basis on whether anyone who might have a clue to the answer even sees the question much less has the time to research and type up a response. If nobody knows, you usually won't get a response.
Nobody here has the job to dole out apologies when the collective volunteer efforts of the group are unable to offer an answer to each question. But the job is open if you would like to volunteer! =:^O
