Diameter is not the only factor

You should also consider that full and mid size SMP have nearly the same thickness. I personally don't like that mid size watch sits very high on my wrist. I have Seamaster GMT on my skinny 6.75" wrists and I have no problem with size. Interesting that I didn't liked full size AT which is 43mm, but 44mm Panerai was really OK.
