Sorry Gabe, I don't know of anyone that has that case for sale ( or has had )

However, Watchco in Australia ( www.watchco.com.au ) offers various other cases that will accept a 1045 movement. ( you can also get the dials there too ).

I know this doesn't answer your question, but it may be an alternative.

Unfortunately, Omega will not sell you an "vintage" case, I have tried ( with another model ) these are now only available if you hand over an old case.
