That's useful Info... thanks

I have a Geneve Dynamic with a 752 calibre movement - Day and Date function.
I searched the internet for possible movements & that's the one I found. The date only version of the 752 is the 565, I have a few of these. More later

The day can only be changed by winding the crown until it clicks over.
So I assume you can move the time backwards & forwards between 21:00 & 03:00 to move the day on ? instead if having to rotate it a full 24 hrs ?

The date is changed by pulling the crown out to its Position 3 (Position 1 being when it is closed down into the case).
That is exactly how you change the date on a 565 movement ( the non-day version of the 752 ).

Does this work for yours?

Derek

Thanks for the Info Derek.

It makes sense too, since if you wore the watch 24/7, theoretically you should NEVER need to advance the day. You should only ever need to advance the date.

Steve
