Buying an Omega

I am interested in purchasing my first Omega and noticed that someone on the forum asked for good sources to buy Omegas from.I was hoping someone might e-mail me with ideas:)

Also, I can`t help but notice lots of Omegas being sold on ebay, both new and used.I have also read alot about fraud in watch sales taking place.Would I be safe buying a watch from someone who has positive feedback? Besides getting factory warranty, would I be wrong to look at used Omegas?
